The history of haemophilia is a story of scientific progress, patient advocacy and changing standards of care. Created for Sobi, this six-minute film traces more than 200 years of haemophilia history through the eyes of a patient advocate, combining cinematic storytelling, historic milestones and contemporary perspectives to reflect how treatment and understanding of the condition have evolved over time. Filmed within the striking setting of Strawberry Hlll House (London), the film balances educational content with a more emotional, human-led narrative approach, transforming a complex medical history into an engaging and accessible story for patient communities, healthcare professionals and wider audiences.
