Thank You celebrates the often unseen moments of support, collaboration and generosity that help great teams thrive. Filmed at GSK, the film brings together four pairs of colleagues from different departments, each sharing a personal story of how someone else’s actions made a meaningful difference to their work or life. Through a series of heartfelt conversations, the film explores how everyday acts of kindness, trust and teamwork contribute to a culture where people feel valued, connected and empowered to achieve more together.

• Developed a documentary-led concept that transformed a traditional employee recognition brief into a series of authentic, emotionally driven conversations between colleagues.
• Coordinated contributors from multiple departments and schedules, bringing together participants who were often unaware of what their colleague was about to share in order to preserve genuine reactions.
• Filmed the entire production within a single day, creating a flexible filming environment that allowed multiple stories to be captured efficiently while maintaining a consistent visual style.
